Required Experience:

  • Three (3) years of progressive experience related to operations analysis, focusing on operational metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Data Analytics CMMS (preferably Maximo) & SCADA SystemsOperational Excellence & Asset Reliability PrinciplesRisk Ranking Benchmarking InitiativesCost Allocating ProceduresCommunication Skills Microsoft Word, including Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint Required Licenses & Certifications: None Required Languages: English Physical Requirements: General office environment. The person in this position may occasionally be exposed to adverse weather conditions visiting other sites.
  • Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided during field visits to ensure the safety of the employees. This may include, but is not limited to gloves, safety glasses, shoes, earplugs or muffs, hard hats, respirators, or coveralls, vests, and full body suits.
