About This Role
Position Title: Operations Aggregator Manager.
Job Purpose
To manage and grow aggregator partnerships by acting as the primary liaison between the company and external aggregator platforms. The role is responsible for account management, operational coordination, and marketing execution to ensure revenue growth, service excellence, and brand compliance across aggregator channels supporting hypermarket operations.
Key Responsibilities
Aggregator Liaison & Account Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for aggregator platforms such as Jahez and HungerStation
- Manage day-to-day account operations, performance reviews, and issue escalation
- Own commercial discussions including commissions, SLAs, campaigns, and growth initiatives
- Maintain strong working relationships with aggregator account managers
- Ensure alignment between aggregator requirements and internal operational capabilities
Commercial & Performance Management
- Drive sales, order volume, and profitability across aggregator channels
- Monitor KPIs including GMV, availability, conversion rate, cancellations, refunds, and customer ratings
- Track aggregator fees, incentives, and promotional spend
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue through pricing, assortment, and visibility
Operational Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate closely with hypermarket operations teams such as Othaim and Carrefour
- Ensure catalog accuracy, pricing integrity, and product availability
- Support launch and scaling of aggregator operations across large-format stores
- Identify operational gaps and drive corrective actions with store and regional teams
Marketing & Campaign Management
- Coordinate promotions, discounts, and visibility campaigns with aggregators
- Ensure correct execution of marketing initiatives across platforms
- Analyze campaign performance and return on investment
- Ensure brand and content consistency across aggregator listings
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare performance dashboards and regular management reports
- Analyze customer behavior and platform insights
- Recommend process and performance improvements
- Stay updated on aggregator tools, policies, and market trends
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in aggregator management, marketplace operations, or key account management
- Hands-on experience working with Jahez and/or HungerStation
- Proven experience managing hypermarket accounts such as Othaim, Carrefour, or similar retailers
