Job responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and operational activities.
- Monitor and coordinate operations through delivery applications.
- Manage and follow up with drivers and service providers.
- Track orders and ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle operational issues and customer complaints.
- Prepare daily operational reports.
- Monitor performance and improve operational efficiency.
Job requirements
- At least three years of experience in operations management.
- Previous experience working with delivery applications or on-demand service platforms is required.
- Experience in driver management, order dispatching, and delivery operations.
- Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good command of English.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily operations efficiently.
