Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Operations & Admin to oversee daily service operations and ensure smooth coordination between field staff, office administration, and clients.
This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to maintain service quality, address client needs, and support team performance.
The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and comfortable handling both operational coordination and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field staff to ensure schedules and service standards are met.
- Communicate regularly with staff to provide instructions, updates, and support.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and service requests professionally.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Monitor service quality and follow up with staff and clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain clear records of communications, schedules, and service updates.
- Support the management team with operational planning and process improvements.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate between different teams.
- Professional phone manner and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle client concerns effectively.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
- Previous supervisory or coordination experience preferred.
Work Environment
This role involves regular communication with staff in the field, office administration, and clients.
The Operations Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining high service standards.
Work Location: In person
Language: English is must
Commission: In addition to the fixed salary you will be eligible for a commission on each successfully closed inquiry.
The commission ranges from **QAR 3,000 to QAR 4,000 per closed deal**.
Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
