The role
A hands-on assistant owns day-to-day administrative, compliance, and operational workflows at a dental practice in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai.
The role coordinates non-clinical work between doctors, the front desk, an external accounting firm, and regulatory bodies.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor DMCC renewals, facility licences, and DHA professional licences for doctors and nurses.
- Track and reorder dental consumables, implants, and clinic supplies; manage suppliers and prevent stockouts.
- Submit and track dental insurance pre-authorisations and claims, following up on rejected or delayed TPA claims.
- Manage patient feedback, reviews, and ratings.
- Assist with social media posting, online clinic visibility, and patient engagement.
- Organise daily collections, petty cash logs, and invoices for the external accounting firm.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of administrative experience in a Dubai clinic, medical centre, or dental centre.
- Solid understanding of DHA and DMCC free-zone processes is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with UAE medical insurance portals or TPA submissions, licence tracking, and basic digital marketing or social media management.
- Fluent English and a professional, highly organised, proactive attitude.
- One year of dental clinic experience is preferred.
Pay
- The stated salary range is AED 3,000–4,000 per month, all-inclusive; pay is listed as up to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person at the clinic in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai.
