- TO THE ROLE In order to be successful in this role, it is expected that you will have experience working with processes and a good knowledge and understanding of process systems. You should be proficient in using IT systems and have a solid understanding of automation, hydraulics, and mechanics. Experience in dealing with household customers and a real understanding of their needs is essential. Additionally, you should clearly demonstrate experience in delivering and improving customer service levels, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions.
