Operational Excellence Manager (Onsite - Acton)

Required Qualifications

• · Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• · 3+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• · Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• · Experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• · Knowledge of U.S. and international medical device and drug delivery regulations.
• · Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• · Experience in medical device manufacturing or other regulated industries.
• · Working knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, and FDA 21 CFR Part 820.
• · Ability to effectively influence and present to all levels of an organization.
• · Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• · Working knowledge of SolidWorks.
• · Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented manufacturing environment.
