Job Summary:

The Operation Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate management of daily sales orders while coordinating closely with the packing team. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth order-to-delivery operations, supporting reporting, tracking issues and strengthening internal controls to enhance overall commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Order Management

• Process and verify daily sales orders from clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure accurate system entry and timely communication to the packing team

2. Harvest vs Order Reconciliation

• Perform daily reconciliation between harvested quantities and confirmed sales orders
• Identify shortages and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve gaps

3. Coordination with Packing Team

• Share updated order lists with the packing department daily
• Ensure alignment between harvest volumes, packing output, and delivery schedules

4. Deliveries & Logistics Coordination

• Monitor delivery status and coordinate with logistics teams to resolve delays or issues
• Confirm order receipt with clients when required, especially in case of complaints

5. Incident Tracking & Resolution

• Record and track issues such as missing items, damages, and returns
• Maintain detailed logs by client and branch for performance analysis

6. Product & Customer Analysis

• Analyze product trends and performance by branch and customer
• Track supply consistency and recurring client issues

7. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare weekly reports covering sales, deliveries, damages, and KPIs
• Generate reports as requested by the Commercial Manager
• Maintain organized records for audit and traceability purposes

8. Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in order-to-delivery workflows
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance coordination and efficiency

9. Forecasting & Campaign Support

• Assist in gathering historical sales and supply data
• Support demand forecasting and seasonal planning activities

10. Proactive Problem Solving

• Identify potential issues early and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate across commercial, logistics, and packing teams to maintain service excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, supply coordination, or administrative roles (preferably in fresh produce or FMCG)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data management
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Preferably Arabic-speaking candidates
