Role overview

Workplace and contract

• Onsite in Jebel Ali, Dubai.
• Six-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory reconciliation and cycle counting to ensure accurate stock records.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with Transportation and 3PL partners.
• Oversee product localization and provide relevant training to 3PL teams.
• Monitor warehouse operations and operational targets.
• Identify process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency opportunities.
• Support audit readiness and quality compliance with Quality Assurance.
• Coordinate resolution of operational issues with internal and external partners.
• Maintain warehouse safety, security, and quality requirements.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three to four years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain experience.
• Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with third-party logistics providers.
• Experience in a multinational organization or regulated industry.
• Knowledge of warehouse quality standards and continuous improvement processes.
