Operation & Service Engineer / Manager

We're Hiring!

5–10 Years (Hands-on Pump & Motor Servicing Experience is Mandatory)

Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

🔹 Lead technical teams and manage service operations efficiently

🔹 Plan and oversee scheduling, spare parts inventory, resource allocation, and workforce deployment

🔹 Carry out servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhaul of pumps and electric motors

🔹 Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend effective repair solutions

🔹 Perform inspection, testing, installation, commissioning, and performance evaluation of rotating equipment

🔹 Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely execution of service activities

🔹 Ensure all maintenance and service work complies with quality, safety, and operational standards

🔹 Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation

✔ Strong hands-on experience with industrial pumps and electric motors

✔ Sound knowledge of rotating equipment, maintenance practices, and fault diagnosis

✔ Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings and technical documents

✔ Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple service activities while maintaining high-quality and safety standards
