About The Role
We Care Medical Services is seeking a qualified and experienced **Operation Room Nurse (Female)** to join our healthcare team.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high standards of care in the operating room.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during operations.
- Prepare and maintain the operating room with necessary equipment and sterile supplies.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and safety standards.
- Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families.
Requirements
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in Operating Room (OR).
- **Arabic speakers preferred.**
- Valid **DHP License** + **NOC to Transfer** / Eligible for License.
- **Family Sponsorship candidates preferred.**
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
