Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our team in Jeddah.
This role serves as a key liaison between the Jeddah and Makkah branches, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication, and efficient coordination across departments.
The position supports operational excellence, follows up on branch requirements, and contributes to maintaining high standards of service and compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate daily operations between the Jeddah and Makkah branches.
· Act as the main point of contact to ensure smooth communication and workflow between branches.
· Follow up on operational requests, approvals, and branch requirements.
· Monitor branch compliance with internal policies, procedures, and SAMA regulations.
· Prepare operational reports and submit them to management.
· Coordinate with departments such as Compliance, Treasury, HR, and Finance to resolve operational matters.
· Track branch performance indicators and support process improvements.
· Assist in implementing operational procedures and ensuring consistency across branches.
· Support branch managers in handling day-to-day operational challenges.
· Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and operational follow-up
Qualifications
- Saudi National.
- · Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
- · 0–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or a related field.
- · Strong communication and coordination skills.
- · Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- · Ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
- · Knowledge of banking, financial services, or currency exchange operations is an advantage.
