Hiring: Operations Manager Logistics / Oil & Gas
We are seeking an experienced
Operations Manager
to lead and optimize operational processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and assign roles & responsibilities across operations teams
Develop and implement operational policies and process improvements
Drive continuous improvement in
safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency
Manage daily operations, employee performance, and team development
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
Monitor budgets, operational costs, and overall business performance
Oversee supply chain operations and resolve inventory/logistics challenges
Ensure readiness for internal & external audits
Identify business opportunities and improve operational capacity
Monitor on-site projects and field operations
Requirements
Bachelor s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in transport services / logistics operations
Experience
in
GCC projects (ARAMCO, SABIC)
preferred
Strong knowledge of
supply chain & inventory management
Familiarity with
ERP / SMEC systems
Safety certification (
Nebosh
) is an advantage
Strong communication skills in
English (Arabic is a plus)
