Oversee daily operations of two to three coffee cafés.
Manage 30–40 employees across front- and back-of-house teams.
Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent service quality, food safety, hygiene, and brand standards across all outlets.
- Monitor sales, budgets, profitability, food and labour costs, inventory, purchasing, and waste control.
- Drive operational efficiency and implement standard operating procedures.
- Manage staff performance and training and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in café or restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Sound understanding of cost control and business performance.
Pay
- AED 12,000–15,000 per month.
