About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Operation Executive** to manage government-related processes, visa applications, and company documentation for **Free Zone and Mainland entities**.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE government portals and excellent coordination skills to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle employment visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and status changes (Free Zone & Mainland)
Manage applications through portals such as Amer, Tasheel, GDRFA, MOHRE, ICA, and Free Zone systems
Coordinate with Free Zone relationship managers for license renewals, amendments, and company services
Prepare and process legal documents, attestations, NOCs, and government submissions
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding documentation
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and maintain accurate records
Provide administrative and customer support related to PRO services
Perform Arabic and English typing for official documentation
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of UAE experience in PRO/Typist role
Strong knowledge of UAE government portals (Amer, Tasheel, MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, etc.)
Experience
with Free Zones (DMCC, RAKEZ, IFZA, Meydan, Ajman Free Zone, etc.)
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office and data entry
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience
in business setup or document clearing companies
Knowledge of labor contracts and immigration procedures
Multilingual (English required; Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is a plus)
