About This Role
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused **Operation Executive cum Typist** to oversee day-to-day operational activities and handle documentation related to UAE government procedures.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in visa processing, company documentation, and online government systems for both **Free Zone and Mainland businesses**.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Process employment visas including new applications, renewals, cancellations, and status amendments for Free Zone and Mainland entities
- Work efficiently on government platforms such as Amer, Tasheel, MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, and other Free Zone portals
- Liaise with Free Zone authorities and relationship managers for company formation, license renewals, and amendments
- Draft, type, and submit official documents including agreements, NOCs, and attestations in both English and Arabic
- Maintain organized records and ensure adherence to UAE laws and regulatory requirements
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all applications and documentation
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of relevant UAE experience in a similar role (PRO / Typist / Operations)
- Strong familiarity with UAE government systems such as Amer, Tasheel, MOHRE, GDRFA, and ICA
- Hands-on experience working with Free Zones like DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ, Meydan, Ajman Free Zone, etc.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry tasks
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently
Preferred Profile
- Background in business setup or document clearing services
- Understanding of UAE labor laws and immigration procedures
- Knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is an advantage
