Operations Executive role with Z Plus Limousine LLC in Dubai.
Job type is full-time and in person.
Salary is AED 2,500–3,000 per month, depending on experience.
Daily operations
- Provide drivers with booking instructions and operational support; check shift availability and assign vehicles.
- Monitor live bookings on Uber, Bolt, Yango, and company channels; address missed pickups, delays, cancellations, and application issues.
- Track vehicle status, maintenance, and charging; coordinate servicing with workshops and drivers.
- Collect trip details and receipts for accounts review; record driver cash handovers and flag reconciliation differences.
- Check driver and vehicle documents and follow up on renewals.
- Explain procedures to new drivers and assist with platform registration.
- Record customer feedback and follow up on service concerns.
- Escalate suspected vehicle misuse, unauthorized journeys, and repeated performance issues to management.
Reporting and handovers
- Maintain shift handover notes covering pending bookings, vehicle issues, and driver follow-ups.
- Prepare daily updates on completed trips, driver attendance, vehicle availability, and unresolved matters.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
