Join Ferrari Logistics

Ferrari Logistics is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Coordinator to join our Logistics team in Riyadh.

The Operation Coordinator will support end-to-end coordination of import/export shipments and domestic transportation activities, including deliveries and pickups.

The role acts as a key liaison between internal teams, customers, and external logistics partners, ensuring smooth communication, accurate system updates, and efficient operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate import/export shipments, including scheduling, tracking, deliveries, and pickups.
  • Communicate with customers, network offices, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
  • Monitor shipment status and ensure timely POD (Proof of Delivery) updates.
  • Escalate shipment issues including delays, damages, and documentation discrepancies.
  • Support warehouse and physical handling activities when required.
  • Provide daily customer support regarding shipment updates and documentation requirements.

Technical & Soft Competencies

  • Experience with logistics software, ERP systems, and tracking platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/European languages are an advantage).
  • Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in import/export operations, freight forwarding, or logistics.
  • Knowledge of customs documentation and Saudi logistics procedures is preferred
  • Competitive salary package (SAR 7,000–9,000/month)
