Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Assistant role based in Doha, Qatar.
The Operations Assistant supports daily office and project activities by helping coordinate between sales, procurement, project teams, and site staff.
Responsibilities
include following up on deliveries and installations, preparing and organizing documents, updating records and reports, and assisting with communication with clients and suppliers.
The role also includes supporting the team with administrative and operational tasks to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule.
Qualifications
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate tasks and follow up with different teams.
- Basic customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in construction, trading, fabrication, or similar industries is an advantage but not required.
- Familiarity with ERP or project management systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
