Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced professional in the maritime sector with strong expertise in **ship sales, purchase, and chartering**, as well as deep technical knowledge of vessel operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong **commercial mindset** and the ability to contribute directly to the development and growth of our shipping company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute ship **sale, purchase, and chartering** transactions.
- Conduct technical assessments of vessels, including condition evaluations and operational readiness.
- Oversee maintenance planning, dry‑dock coordination, and compliance with maritime regulations.
- Develop commercial strategies to expand the company’s fleet operations and market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts with shipowners, brokers, and clients.
- Provide expert guidance on vessel performance, cost optimization, and operational improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience in the maritime industry, specifically in **S&P (Sale & Purchase)** and **chartering**.
- Strong technical background in vessel operations, engineering, or marine management.
- Proven commercial acumen with the ability to drive business growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and market analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to strategic decision‑making.
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: From AED20,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience
- Chartering Operation in UAE: 8 years (Preferred)
