Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operating Theatre Nurse to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong perioperative nursing experience, particularly in **orthopedic and sports medicine** surgical procedures, and be committed to delivering safe, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced operating theatre environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- DOH Licensed/Passer.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of recent Operating Theatre experience, including substantial experience in **orthopedic and sports medicine surgeries**.
- Proficiency in scrubbing and/or circulating for orthopedic and sports medicine procedures such as joint replacements, trauma, arthroscopy, ligament and tendon reconstructions (e.g., ACL), fracture fixation and other sports injury-related surgeries is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, surgical instrumentation, implant management and arthroscopic equipment.
- BLS certification is required.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
