Role overview

Responsibilities

• Maximize opportunities in assigned companies and meet acquisition, revolving credit, borrowing, customer experience, and quality KPIs.
• Build long-term relationships with key contacts and act as the primary banking contact for employees of assigned companies.
• Identify opportunities in assigned and non-Approved Employee List companies; collaborate with Sales Managers on acquisition and cross-selling.
• Use EDRAS needs-based selling and refer suitable customers to Wealth, International Banking Corridors, and Private Banking.
• Provide personalized service, promote digital services, manage expectations, and resolve complaints within SLA.
• Maintain activity, quality, and compliance standards; contain risk and reinforce AML and compliance policies.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of IWPB offerings, products, propositions, services, and global service standards.
• Relationship-management and sales capability, including needs-based customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to manage expectations.
• Organization and activity discipline, including company visits, customer contacts, CRM lead action, sales records, and pipeline follow-through.
• Customer focus and problem-solving skills, including issue resolution within SLA and appropriate specialist handovers.
• Strong risk awareness and adherence to regulatory requirements, AML controls, and internal procedures.
• Graduation degree is essential for UAE visa and work-permit eligibility; foreign university certificates require current attestations and equivalency.
