About This Role

We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and implementing Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Odoo frameworks and a good understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements
  • Work on Odoo backend (Python) and frontend (JavaScript, XML) development
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using APIs
  • Analyze client requirements and provide technical solutions
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
  • Upgrade and migrate Odoo versions when required
  • Collaborate with functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Ensure proper documentation of development work

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Odoo development
  • Strong proficiency in Python and Odoo framework
  • Experience with PostgreSQL database
  • Knowledge of XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience in Odoo module development and customization
  • Familiarity with Odoo APIs and integrations
  • Understanding of Odoo functional modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, etc.)
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Odoo.sh or cloud deployment
  • Knowledge of Git/version control systems
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Prior experience in ERP implementation projects
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
