Onsite IT Support Engineer

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience in an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role, ideally within a multi-site corporate, manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows devices, hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and workplace technologies.
- A good understanding of IT Service Management principles and experience working with incident, request and change management processes.
- Confidence supporting collaboration tools, Microsoft Teams environments, meeting room technology and connectivity solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to a range of audiences.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, problem solving and delivering a great colleague experience.
- A relevant IT qualification, technical certification or equivalent practical experience.
