Required experience and capabilities

• 12+ years in engineering, infrastructure, developer tools, applied AI, or customer engineering environments.
• Curiosity about AI-native software development and how AI changes engineering workflows.
• Strong technical judgment and credibility with senior engineers and executives.
• Experience building and shipping production systems in fast-moving environments.
• Product instincts, systems thinking, comfort with ambiguity and minimal process, and strong communication and customer leadership.
• A strong sense of ownership and urgency.
