Jilphar Furniture seeks a results-driven Online Sales & E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow online sales channels.
The role covers product listings, customer inquiries, order processing, marketing coordination, and the customer experience from inquiry through delivery.
Online sales and e-commerce responsibilities
- Manage products on e-commerce platforms and online sales channels; maintain accurate listings, prices, specifications, photos, and availability.
- Respond to inquiries from WhatsApp, social media, the website, and other online platforms; follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Process orders from confirmation through delivery and coordinate fulfillment with sales, warehouse, production, and delivery teams.
- Monitor availability, pricing, promotions, and stock across online channels.
- Upload product photos and promotional content; manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital sales channels.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews, feedback, and ratings.
- Report on inquiries, leads, sales, orders, and conversion rates; research competitors, trends, and online pricing.
- Create promotional campaigns and special offers; maintain records of inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
- Ensure online communications reflect a professional image of Jilphar Furniture.
Requirements
- Previous experience in e-commerce and online sales.
- Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and social media.
- Strong communication, customer-handling, follow-up, and sales skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to create and maintain product listings.
- Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- UAE experience is preferred; experience in furniture, interior products, or related industries is an advantage.
Performance indicators
- Online sales revenue, qualified online leads, lead-to-sale conversion rate, and response time to customer inquiries.
- Orders generated through online channels, customer satisfaction and reviews, product listing accuracy and availability, and monthly sales targets.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–4,000 per month.
- The salary package is finalized based on relevant experience, qualifications, and interview performance.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
