We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Online Data Entry Assistant

to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into various digital systems while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of accuracy.

This role is essential for ensuring our databases are current, organized, and easily accessible to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data into company systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Verify the accuracy of data and make necessary corrections.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and records.
  • Perform routine checks for data integrity and completeness.
  • Respond to data-related queries and provide reports as needed.
  • Assist in other administrative and clerical tasks related to data handling.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative procedures.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment.
  • Good communication skills.

Compensation

Hourly rate $15–$25/hour
