Role Description
We are seeking a Marketing & Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between technical expertise and commercial growth.
You will be responsible for driving brand awareness and lead generation through both digital platforms and traditional offline networking.
This role requires a unique blend of engineering knowledge and creative marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrated Marketing: Plan and execute 360-degree marketing strategies (online and offline) specifically for water pumps and electromechanical supplies.
- Digital Presence: Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, META (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms to generate high-quality B2B leads.
- Sales Engineering: Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial and commercial clients, translating technical requirements into viable solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor movements, and new project opportunities within the Saudi market.
- Content Creation: Develop impactful technical marketing materials, catalogs, and social media campaigns that align with company goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure marketing claims match technical capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) is mandatory.
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing or sales within the water pump, electromechanical, or industrial supply sector.
- Social Media Mastery: Demonstrated experience in managing professional campaigns on LinkedIn and META is a must.
- Language: Fluency in English is a must (written and spoken). Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of water pump systems, liquid level sensors, and control panels.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills to engage with corporate clients and contractors.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies to meet sales objectives.
