- The EPIC Onboarding Specialist we are looking for: HFD helps dental, aesthetics, and veterinary practices offer patient financing, so more patients can say yes to the care they need. When a practice joins HFD, its first week decides how fast it starts to help patients.
- As an Onboarding Specialist, you own the first week for every new practice. You call practices to get them scheduled, and you deliver virtual training that gets practice teams ready to offer financing on day one.
- This is a new team at HFD. You will help build the workflow, set the standard, and show what great onboarding looks like.
As a Onboarding Specialist, you will
Call new practices that have not booked training. Your goal is to get as many practices scheduled as possible.
Follow up on missed sessions and rebook them fast.
Deliver virtual training by video and phone. Teach practice teams how to offer financing, submit applications, and fund patients.
Prepare for each session. Know the practice type and what its team needs to succeed.
Set clear expectations with new practices about account setup and pricing timelines.
Keep accurate records of every call, booking, and training in our CRM.
Tell us what stops practices from booking or attending, and help us improve the
Requirements
2+ years in a customer-facing role, such as onboarding, training, customer success, or inside sales
Confidence on the phone, including calls to people who have not answered yet
A talent for clear, friendly virtual training
Strong organization: you manage a daily call list and back-to-back training sessions
Comfort with CRM and scheduling tools
Clear verbal and written communication
Ability to pay close attention to detail and be self-motivated
Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft excel
Preferred
Experience in or selling to dental, aesthetics, or veterinary practices
Experience with patient financing or merchant onboarding
HubSpot experience Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance
