About the job

As Onboarding Manager, you'll be part of Intracheck's growing client onboarding function, helping deliver account and payment solutions to enterprise clients across Europe, the Gulf, and Asia.

You'll lead corporate onboarding and client support, ensuring our policies are applied consistently and our risk standards hold up, while supporting Intracheck's commercial growth.

Intracheck is a Swiss-regulated fintech startup — you'll be one of our first hires, working directly with the founders in a flat, no-bureaucracy setup where your input actually shapes how things get built.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end client onboarding execution: allocate workload, manage day-to-day delivery, resolve escalations, and personally deep-dive into high-risk and complex cases as needed.
  • Ensure CRA, EDD and related onboarding risk assessments meet internal standards and regulatory expectations, with strong documentation and audit trail.
  • Support Transaction Monitoring activities by assisting with investigations and escalations as needed.
  • Use workflow tooling, automation and AI to reduce manual effort, improve speed and quality, and strengthen consistency.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product and Compliance to align on priorities, share updates, and resolve issues quickly.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in financial services with basic AML/CFT knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Basic knowledge of regulatory expectations for onboarding, due diligence, and transaction monitoring.
