About This Role
Overview
- We are looking for a
- qualified and experienced On-Site OEM Engineer
- to support the
- implementation and deployment of SIEM and SOAR solutions
- at a customer location.
- This is a
- hands-on, high-impact role
- working closely with Security Operations and Infrastructure teams.
- 🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide
- on-site technical support
- during SIEM & SOAR deployment and implementation
- Perform
- installation, configuration, and integration
- of security platforms
- Develop and optimize
- use cases and playbooks
- for SOC operations
- Conduct
- real-time troubleshooting
- , performance monitoring, and system tuning
- Collaborate with
- OEM remote engineering teams
- for issue resolution
- Support
- incident response workflows
- and SOC processes
- Deliver
- knowledge transfer sessions
- and operational guidance to customer teams
- Assist in
- documentation
- of configurations, procedures, and best practices
- 🎯 Requirements:
- Proven experience in
- SIEM & SOAR implementation and operations
- Strong understanding of
Security Operations Center (SOC)
- processes
- Hands-on expertise in
- incident response, threat monitoring, and automation
- Relevant
- OEM certifications
- in SIEM/SOAR technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work
- on-site full-time
- for the project duration
- ⭐ Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with enterprise-scale
- security environments
- Familiarity with
- security integrations, log sources, and automation frameworks
- Strong communication skills for
- client-facing interactions and training
