**Brief Summary**
Perform accurate on-site measurements, layout, and verification for carpentry and millwork to ensure components fit per drawings.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Measure existing conditions and verify against drawings.
- Perform layout/setting-out for cabinets, doors, etc.
- Mark up as-built dimensions and deliver measurement reports to project manager.
- Use laser meters, tapes, levels and record data accurately.
- Inspect installed work for dimensional accuracy and report defects.
- Follow site safety rules.
**Requirements**
- High school or vocational certificate; carpentry background preferred.
- 1–3 years’ experience in site measurement or millwork.
- Able to read/interprete drawings.
- Proficient with common measuring tools; attention to detail.
- Good communication and basic reporting skills.
- Physically fit for site work; valid site safety induction preferred.
- Able to mark MEP points and take the measurements for it once required.
