Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading real estate developer in Qatar for an Officer – Talent Relations (Qatarization) role.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional passionate about employee engagement, people programs, and supporting national talent development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employee programs and process HR requests efficiently
- Maintain accurate employee records and generate management reports
- Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives
- Mediate employee relations matters including conflict resolution
- Coordinate with payroll on employee inquiries
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse trends for continuous improvement
- Support Qatarization and talent retention strategies
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and labour laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduates or up to 3 years of experience encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high regard for confidentiality
- Genuine interest in national workforce development
