Job Description
- Support the development and execution of communication and public relations strategies aligned with malomatia’s corporate objectives and digital transformation vision.
- Enhance malomatia’s brand positioning as a trusted national IT and digital solutions partner through consistent and strategic communications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and industry media outlets.
- Draft, review, and distribute press releases, media statements, and official announcements that highlight key initiatives, achievements, and partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and brand-aligned responses.
- Monitor media coverage, brand mentions, and public sentiment, and prepare regular analytical reports for management.
- Support stakeholder engagement initiatives with government entities, clients, partners, and the wider public.
- Assist in planning and executing public relations campaigns that support corporate, marketing, and national digital objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging across all communication channels.
- Manage and update corporate communication platforms, including social media channels and digital communication tools.
- Support internal communication initiatives to promote employee engagement and organizational alignment.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating corporate events, launches, and community engagement activities.
- Ensure all communication materials comply with corporate branding guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed of industry trends, media developments, and best practices to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
- Perform additional duties as assigned within the scope of the Marketing & Communication function, as directed by senior management.
Responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for preparing reports, memos, and communication materials.
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to monitor engagement and campaign performance.
- Familiarity with website content formatting and optimization for online visibility, website updates and content management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university.

- Minimum experience of 3-5 years in corporate communication, PR, or media relations (preferably in IT/technology sectors).
