About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Officer – F&B Management
to support the effective operation of restaurants and beverage outlets.
The role involves ensuring high standards of culinary quality, customer service, and operational excellence, while collaborating with partners to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with restaurants and beverage partners.
- Assist in lease agreements, renewals, and rent negotiations.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to culinary standards.
- Enhance customer experience through excellent service, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotions within F&B outlets.
- Analyze sales and financial data to evaluate performance and compliance.
- Prepare reports on operations, performance, and compliance.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory, and sales monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in food and beverage management or hospitality.
- Strong understanding of culinary operations, customer service, and business management.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and food regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Awareness of sustainable practices in F&B operations.
