Job Overview
- Responsible for attesting documents on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Attestation & Apostille services business with the objective of profitability.
- Generate new business for Attestation & Apostille services through Government agencies, Diplomatic Missions, Corporates, and individuals for MoFA customers.
- Establish operational procedures for Attestation & Apostille services to ensure smooth business dealings with several missions, corporates, and other government agencies.
- Set out quality standards for various operational areas to ensure minimisation of turnaround time (TAT) and failures.
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service offerings presentations, Business Proposals and Process documents.
- Liaise with Attestation & Apostille services partners regarding process adherence and timelines.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality output.
- Develop and build marketing collaterals for Attestation & Apostille services.
- Maintain compliance with VFS Global defined information security policies and procedures applicable to the role.
- Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) process regarding Attestation & Apostille services.
- Ensure professional development of colleagues and team members by recognising training needs and arranging for requisite training.
- Assure internal and external customer satisfaction.
