Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Office Steward role based in Riyadh.

The Office Steward will support daily office hospitality operations, including preparing and serving beverages and light refreshments to employees, visitors, and clients.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization in pantry and common areas, restocking supplies, and ensuring that all service areas meet hygiene and safety standards.

The role also involves setting up meeting rooms with refreshments and basic amenities, coordinating with administrative staff for scheduled events, and promptly addressing any hospitality-related requests.

The Office Steward will follow company procedures, report maintenance or supply issues, and contribute to a welcoming and professional office environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional and courteous approach to colleagues and visitors.
  • Experience in food & beverage and food service, including basic preparation, presentation, and safe handling of refreshments.
  • Ability to follow training and standard operating procedures related to hygiene, safety, and office hospitality practices.
  • Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and stock levels in pantry and common areas.
  • Basic understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards relevant to food and beverage handling.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with administrative and facilities teams and to take direction from supervisors.
  • Previous experience in office support, hospitality, or a similar service role is preferred.
