Key responsibilities
- Manage daily office and experience-center operations and provide a welcoming environment for visiting clients.
- Welcome walk-in clients, handle inquiries, gather project requirements, and assign leads to design and sales teams.
- Coordinate designers, 3D visualizers, sales executives, and site teams to track schedules and deadlines.
- Oversee attendance, maintain project files, track vendor invoices, and coordinate material sampling orders.
- Maintain weekly lead-status reports and update leadership on active client projects.
Key requirements
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in office administration, studio management, store operations, CRM, or hospitality.
- Excellent Malayalam and English communication skills and basic computer knowledge, including Excel, Word, and email.
- Professional, organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
- Prior interior, architecture, building-material showroom, or real-estate office experience is an advantage, not mandatory.
- Candidates should live in or around Karunagappally/Kollam.
Compensation
- Pay starts at ₹20,000 per month, with performance incentives/bonuses described in the posting.
