Position: Office Manager / Head of Administration- Fluent German (written and spoken)

- Logistics & Transportation (courier, express, and long-haul trucking)

- Service Company (facility management and vehicle appraisals)
- We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated **Office Manager / Head of Administration** to centrally manage and streamline administrative operations across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily office and administrative operations
- Review, verify, and process incoming and outgoing invoices
- Coordinate and communicate with tax advisors, clients, and internal teams
- Support and monitor HR-related administrative tasks
- Prepare and present weekly reports to management
- Develop, structure, and improve internal processes and workflows
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Handle general administrative duties and ensure smooth office functioning
Requirements
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) – **mandatory**
- Proven experience in office administration or office management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and documentation (preferred)
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
