Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Office Manager, based in Dubai with opportunities for remote work.
The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, provide administrative support, manage office equipment, and ensure the efficient functioning of the office.
The role involves coordinating schedules, maintaining records, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and addressing customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Prior experience with DIFC or ADGM is a must
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance to manage schedules, records, and day-to-day office tasks.
- Experience handling Office Equipment, ensuring workplace tools and systems operate efficiently.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail to manage time-sensitive tasks and maintain orderly office operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
- Prior experience in office management or administrative roles is advantageous.
