Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work remotely on specific tasks.

The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure the effective use of office resources.

Responsibilities

include supervising office equipment, handling customer service inquiries, managing schedules, and facilitating communication within the team.

The Office Manager will play a key role in maintaining organizational efficiency and supporting a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration for managing day-to-day operational needs efficiently.
  • Proficiency in handling and maintaining Office Equipment to ensure smooth operation.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant office software and tools is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in office management or an administrative role is preferred.
