$24–$27/hour + Benefits

Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager to support day-to-day accounting and administrative operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking ownership of both office management and accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable processing, including invoice review and vendor payments
  • Handle accounts receivable activities, collections, and customer account follow-up
  • Prepare and process bank deposits
  • Assist with account reconciliations and other accounting support functions
  • Maintain accurate financial and office records
  • Provide general administrative and office support
  • Coordinate office supplies, filing, and day-to-day office operations
  • Assist management with reporting and special projects as needed
  • Answer phones and provide professional customer service

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Accounting Assistant, Bookkeeper, or similar role
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and bank deposits
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
