Role overview

Workplace and administration

• Manage daily facility needs, vendor relationships, operating budgets, and a safe, compliant workplace.
• Coordinate renewals of trade licenses, establishment cards, registrations, and official corporate documents.
• Support local employees with visa processing, onboarding access cards, and healthcare renewals.
• Plan team events, holiday gatherings, and shared cultural celebrations.
• Partner with global People Experience, Facilities, and Finance teams.

Essential skills and experience

• Proven background in office management, facilities coordination, or a comprehensive administrative role.
• Strong organization and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, respectful communication; experience supporting diverse teams and managing third-party vendors.
• Discreet handling of confidential documents, visa applications, and administrative expenses.

Bonus experience

• UAE government portals, DIC free zone procedures, and local visa administration are bonuses.
• Multinational-company experience across regional and global reporting structures is a bonus.
• Corporate travel, group logistics, and internal team-building event coordination are bonuses.

Location and travel

• The role is onsite at DIC in Dubai.
• Travel requirement is minimal.
