π― The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Office Manager
- to oversee administrative operations, coordinate office functions, and support organizational efficiency.
- The ideal candidate will manage office processes, supervise administrative activities, coordinate cross-functional support services, and ensure a productive and well-organized working environment.
- π Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement office administration strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational objectives and operational efficiency
- Oversee daily administrative operations, office services, document management, correspondence, scheduling, and workflow coordination
- Coordinate office resources, facilities, equipment, supplies, and vendor services to ensure smooth business operations
- Collaborate with human resources, finance, operations, IT, procurement, and executive leadership to support cross-functional business activities
- Manage office budgets, administrative expenses, procurement requests, and vendor contracts while ensuring cost-effective resource utilization
- Supervise administrative staff, office coordinators, and support personnel while fostering a collaborative, professional, and customer-focused culture
- Develop and maintain office policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), filing systems, and administrative documentation
- Organize meetings, executive calendars, travel arrangements, company events, and internal communications as required
- Monitor key administrative performance indicators, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement operational enhancements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, workplace regulations, and administrative best practices
- Resolve administrative issues, operational challenges, and vendor-related matters in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare administrative reports, budgets, operational summaries, and recommendations for senior leadership
- β Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- Professional certifications in Office Administration, Business Management, Project Management, or equivalent are advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in office management, administrative management, operations coordination, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience supervising administrative teams, office operations, or business support functions preferred
- Strong understanding of office administration, facilities coordination, vendor management, budgeting, and organizational processes
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, document management systems, ERP platforms, collaboration tools, and administrative software
- Strong organizational, leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
