We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth running of our workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow across departments.
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and office coordination.
- Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative duties.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and internal events.
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Handle internal communications and support staff inquiries.
- Ensure office procedures and policies are followed consistently.

Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration, coordination, or similar roles is preferred.
