We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive and efficient working environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative support, office coordination, and maintaining smooth communication across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
  • Coordinate office schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Assist with document management, filing, and record keeping.
  • Support onboarding processes and general HR administrative tasks.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and event logistics when required.
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
  • Support management and departments with administrative and operational needs.
  • Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and team activities.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in office administration, office management, or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and service-oriented attitude.
