Overview
Our client is Global Beverage Manufacturing Company looking to hire Administration Manager who responsible for providing high-level executive and personal administrative support to the Group Chief Executive Officer, while overseeing office management operations and UAE PRO coordination across all Company entities and office locations in the UAE.
Salary Range: AED 12,000 to AED 14,000 - Per Month
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in office management, executive administration, or operations support roles within multinational or fast-paced organizations
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or C-level leadership
- Strong understanding of UAE office operations, administrative practices, and government-related processes
- Experience managing multiple office locations and coordinating with vendors and external service providers
- Strong knowledge of UAE visa, immigration, labor, and free zone processes, including Mainland, DIFC, and JAFZA requirements
- Experience coordinating with PRO providers and managing government-related documentation and renewals
- Familiarity with UAE medical insurance administration processes
- Strong budgeting, cost control, and administrative planning capabilities
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with administrative systems, document management, and operational trackers
