Overview
We are looking for a presentable, friendly, and professional female PHILIPPINA LADY staff member to join our office team.
The ideal candidate should be organized, well-mannered, and able to maintain a clean office environment while also welcoming and assisting guests in a professional way.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to guests and staff
- Welcome visitors and guests politely and professionally
- Assist with basic reception and hospitality duties
- Ensure pantry and cleaning supplies are properly stocked
- Support office staff with general day-to-day assistance when needed
- Maintain a neat personal appearance and professional attitude at all times
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, respectful, and customer-service oriented
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Ability to communicate in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Previous experience in office cleaning, hospitality, or receptionist support is preferred
- Punctual, trustworthy, and well organized
