Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.)
  • Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing required materials
  • Monitor and maintain pantry and office supplies (tea, coffee, stationery, etc.)
  • Assist with minor office errands such as purchasing supplies (if required)
  • Support administrative staff with daily operational needs
  • Report any maintenance issues
  • Follow company policies, safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least a High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a must
  • Polite, trustworthy and professional attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
