Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.)
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing required materials
- Monitor and maintain pantry and office supplies (tea, coffee, stationery, etc.)
- Assist with minor office errands such as purchasing supplies (if required)
- Support administrative staff with daily operational needs
- Report any maintenance issues
- Follow company policies, safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications & Skills
- At least a High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must
- Polite, trustworthy and professional attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
