Overview
We are looking for a reliable **Office Girl** to join our team and to assist with maintaining our office.
We require an individual with exceptional time management skills, knowledgeable about how to maintain a clean office environment and good communication skills.
Job description
1.
Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming.
2.
Refilling supplies, such as table tissue paper and stamp ink.
3.
Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible.
4.
Should know how to prepare hot drinks.
5.
Assisting other administrative staff in a wide range of office duties.
6.
Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office and reporting to the admin secretary.
7.
Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
8.
Make sure the office premise, furniture, staff room are clean.
Requirements
Knowledge of customer service methods and concepts.
Good interaction abilities and professional personal display.
Should be polite, sincere, and trustworthy.
Effective communication skills Punctual and reliable.
**Job Type**: Full Time
**Annual Vacation:** One month paid vacation after 12th month for the first year .
**Experience: minimum 1** years in same job
**Location:** Abu Dhabi - Khalifa City - Al Fursan Area
